Own end-to-end payroll processing in Workday and ADP Celergo 2.0 (UK and Canada). Serve as the subject matter expert for multi-country payrolls, ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate execution. Respond to employee inquiries via internal HR ticketing system with empathy and urgency. Partner with Benefit Administrator to support benefit-related processing (COBRA, HSA, FSA, etc.). Provide backup payroll support across additional global locations as needed. Support leave of absence (LOA) administration from a payroll compliance standpoint. Conduct regular audits and assist with reconciliation and benefits billing. Ensure ongoing compliance with US, UK, and Canadian payroll and labor laws. Collaborate with HR and Finance to provide payroll-related data, analysis, and insights. Document all payroll procedures and maintain up-to-date SOPs within 90 - 120 days of hire. Actively contributes to process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Knowledge of US, UK, EMEA and Canadian payroll administration and compliance Experience with Workday as the core HCM platform Payroll processing experience in both UK and Canada is required. ADP experience desired. Must have hands-on experience with UK payroll processing, including understanding of HMRC regulations, UK Pension, statutory payments, and tax year-end requirements. Experience with payroll practices in other countries (e.g., EMEA) is strongly preferred Proficiency in MS Excel Seniority level
