Become an expert in understanding and implementing HCM and Core Compensation product suites Provide healthcare industry perspective for customer business requirements and maintain leading practices Communicate project status to Engagement Managers, including risks and recommendations Participate in regular training to expand product knowledge with each new Workday release Share knowledge and mentor other consultants to foster a collaborative environment What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, specifically in Core HCM and Compensation modules Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, system building, data conversion, and testing Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry Strong business consulting acumen with a deep understanding of market trends Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
