Responsibilities
Become an expert in implementing HCM and Core Compensation product suites for healthcare customers
Provide industry insights to ensure customer business requirements align with leading practices
Utilize Workday’s Implementation Methodology on all engagements
Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to multiple Engagement Managers
Share knowledge and mentor other consultants within the team
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, particularly in Core HCM and Compensation modules
Proven technical experience from requirements gathering to system building and testing
Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry
Strong business consulting skills with a deep understanding of market trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Recruiting, Learning, and/or Talent modules
Proven ability to influence and manage relationships effectively
Strong solutions design skills to analyze business challenges and develop effective technology solutions
Proven mentorship skills to foster individual growth and development
Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites
