Ensure successful implementation of Workday’s HR solutions for healthcare customers Gather requirements, configure systems, convert data, and conduct solutions testing Communicate project status and risks to Engagement Managers across multiple projects Provide healthcare industry insights to align customer business requirements with leading practices Mentor and share knowledge with other consultants to encourage professional growth What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, focusing on Core HCM and Compensation modules Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, system building, data conversion, and testing Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry Strong business consulting skills with a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
