Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide industry expertise

Develop and manage innovative recruitment strategies for assigned requisitions

Coach hiring managers on best practices for Talent Acquisition processes and interviewing

Conduct market research to inform effective sourcing strategies and provide market intelligence

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain relationships with various organizations to enhance employer branding

Qualifications

10+ years of recruiting experience in tech, science, or related fields

Proven ability to manage multiple complex requisitions, including niche talent

Experience with applicant tracking systems

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with effective listening and questioning abilities

Ability to work independently and handle multiple urgent tasks professionally

Preferred Qualifications

Deep sourcing, interview, assessment, and selection experience

Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes
