Represent clients in construction and construction defect claims, managing cases from inception through trial or settlement Provide risk management advice and strategic legal guidance throughout construction projects Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents with precision and clarity Conduct complex legal research and analysis on construction and construction defect matters Collaborate with experts, consultants, and other professionals to develop strong case strategies Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings Mentor and support junior attorneys in research, case preparation, and trial strategy Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active membership in the Texas Bar, in good standing 2+ years of litigation experience; prior construction or construction defect litigation experience strongly preferred Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team Strong client-service and interpersonal skills Benefits
