Overview
Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter/Trainer to join our Human Resources team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing the recruitment process and designing, delivering, and evaluating employee training programs. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Recruitment
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage job postings, screen resumes and conduct interviews. Participate in recruitment events including career fairs and company recruitment events. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies throughout the hiring process. Training & Development
- Design and deliver engaging orientation programs for new hires. Develop/facilitate training sessions for employees. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews. Monitor/evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. Maintain training records and documentation. Handle other HR tasks as requested. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and employee development. Knowledge of training methodologies and presentations. Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or training (e.g., CPTD) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
