Role Summary: We’re seeking Senior Account Executives who can combine technical fluency with enterprise sales expertise. You’ll own the full sales cycle, drive outbound pipeline creation, and collaborate closely with engineering and product to bring a category-defining platform to market. This is an opportunity to join a team with a proven playbook, and sell a product that makes engineering leaders say, “this shouldn’t even be possible.” Responsibilities: Drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation; run full-cycle deals from start to finish. Sell into technical buyers — CTOs, VPs of Engineering, DevOps, and QA leaders. Deliver credible product conversations and demos without always relying on a Sales Engineer. Provide customer feedback to product/engineering to shape roadmap priorities. Contribute to building the sales playbook, mentoring future hires, and scaling the GTM team. Qualifications: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, data, or security. Track record of closing complex enterprise deals with technical stakeholders. Strong technical fluency; able to quickly learn and explain deep technology to engineering audiences. Experience prospecting and self-sourcing pipeline. Startup-ready: adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable building in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal presence and emotional intelligence; able to refine and deliver compelling pitches. Uncapped compensation with renewal structure; top reps currently earning mid-six figures. Equity component for long-term wealth creation.
