As a Manager, Strategic Planning & GTM Activation, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Marketing Strategy, Planning and Performance team reporting to Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning you will work on projects including annual planning, go-to-market and investment strategy. Responsibilities

Be a central connector across all M&L annual priorities, ensuring strategic alignment and operational cohesion. Have deep, end-to-end knowledge of Hilton's marketing ecosystem and act as a leader—driving integration across cross-functional teams year-round. Understand, identify, and partner with stakeholders to enable faster pivots into action, ensuring all efforts ladder up to Hilton's business objectives and annual marketing framework. Support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention and generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns. What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like

Partner with Global and Regional Marketing teams to establish strategic marketing priorities, detail customer segmentation, investment, campaign calendars, messaging mechanisms, full-funnel channel plans, and brand support for individual campaigns. Support development of storytelling with data visualization for senior leaders to communicate Marketing & Loyalty's strategic priorities and impact on the enterprise. Translate Commercial Services and Business performance into planning across cross-functional teams to maximize impact. Support scenario development to evaluate strategic trade-offs across Marketing & Loyalty priorities. Work cross-functionally to enhance planning and execution, maximize resources and impact, and optimize ways of working. Collaboration

Global and Regional Marketing teams, including Paid Media, Content Strategy, Partnerships, MarTech, Customer Segmentation and Insights, and Global Brand Marketing via Cross-Functional Strategy Councils and Monthly Regional Planning meetings. Partner with Program Management and Performance teams to build strategic marketing frameworks to evaluate the success of our workstreams. Navigate complex team dynamics with leadership—read the room, offer guidance, and manage up when needed. Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

Global GTM strategic overviews, including leading quarterly overviews, coordination and planning, and providing resourcing and investment perspectives. Align resourcing and investment with strategic opportunities, maximizing impact and enabling pivots based on performance trends. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure Go-to-Market strategy drives business objectives and performance. Qualifications

Five (5) years of work experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Two (2) years experience with marketing planning and strategy. Proficient in balancing diverse team needs, driving alignment across functions, anticipating challenges, and influencing leadership with confidence. Experience overseeing a complex portfolio of projects and stakeholders from start to finish, ideally within a global marketing organization or agency. Data visualization and storytelling expertise. Experience navigating a matrixed, global organization and making impact. Hybrid schedule from McLean, VA office (3 days per week). Travel up to 10%. What It Is Like Working For Hilton
