Purpose of Position:
The Combi-Lift Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of multi-directional Combi-Lift forklifts to handle long and bulky materials within our manufacturing and warehouse facilities. This role ensures timely movement of materials to support production.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Operate Combi-Lift forklifts to transport materials such as steel panels and enclosures within the facility. Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to fulfill material requests promptly. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during operations. Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift operator certification; experience with Combi-Lift equipment is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in material handling or warehouse operations. Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical requirements: ability to walk/stand all shift, lift 40 lbs unassisted, bend, squat, kneel, work in all weather conditions. Additional Requirements:
Pass background check and drug test Demonstrate ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required) Minimum Education
