What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prepare, review, and process comprehensive lease and finance documentation for commercial healthcare clients Ensure documentation meets commercial acceptability standards and regulatory compliance Coordinate with teams and funding partners on amendments and modifications to agreements Maintain professional relationships with internal teams, sales representatives, and external clients Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience in contracts, leasing, banking, finance, or documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe, Salesforce, DocuSign, and Power BI Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
