Manage and motivate your team while holding them highly accountable Effectively manage bill-pay, expense control, and full P&L statement Manage your maintenance team, coordinating work orders and apartment turns Own all aspects of sales management – Traffic Building, New Rentals, and Renewals Manage your sales team by selling alongside them Master operational systems and processes Deliver excellent customer service What we’re looking for
