Senior Director of Development and Individual Giving at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. The role leads and expands Einstein’s major gifts program with a portfolio of alumni and friends capable of six- and seven-figure gifts, focusing on identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Responsibilities
Lead and expand Einstein’s major gifts program with a portfolio of alumni and friends. Prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship for six- and seven-figure gifts. Engage and partner with alumni and non-alumni constituencies to strengthen connections between alumni, friends, parents, and the institution. Collaborate with internal partners—faculty, leadership, and advancement colleagues—and external stakeholders including alumni, donors, and volunteers. Drive frontline fundraising and program strategy to foster long-term engagement and investment from Einstein’s donor community. Provide top-level support and strategy to the Vice President of Development in managing their portfolio of top prospects. Build deep, collaborative partnerships with executive, academic, and scientific leadership to provide meaningful engagement opportunities and effective support. Serve as a key member of Einstein’s senior leadership team (with the Vice President of Development & Alumni Relations, AVPs, and Donor Outreach, Communications, & Alumni Relations). Creative, strategic, and collaborative approach to donor engagement and solicitation in an entrepreneurial environment. Proven ability to engage and partner with alumni and donor constituencies. Base pay range: $155,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr. The pay range is provided by Albert Einstein College of Medicine; actual pay depends on skills and experience.
