Running the center – from daily operations to big-picture planning. Supporting and uplifting your staff with guidance, mentorship, and high fives. Bringing curriculum to life while making sure we stay on track with licensing. Being the friendly, trusted face for our families – they’ll love you. Keeping safety & health top of mind. Hosting team meetings and trainings that inspire and energize. Creating a nurturing, inclusive space where every child can shine. Are 21+ and meet state childcare director qualifications. Hold a CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor\'s in Early Childhood Education. Posses TX Director Credential Have 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare leadership role.
