Lead day-to-day operations and management of the school Oversee curriculum implementation & regulatory compliance Supervise, mentor & support an amazing team of educators Maintain accurate administrative records & reports Collaborate with families and build strong community ties Ensure a safe, enriching, and nurturing environment Organize staff meetings, professional development & events What You Bring to the Table:
21+ years old Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education NC Director's Credential & NC Qualifying Letter 3-5+ years in a leadership/admin role in licensed childcare CPR & First Aid Certified Ability to work a rotating shift between 6:00am–6:00pm, Mon–Fri Ready to Lead with Purpose?
