Provide strong leadership in daily operations and administration of the school Support and mentor a passionate team of early childhood educators Ensure curriculum implementation and compliance with all local/state regulations Foster warm, trusting relationships with families and the wider community Keep detailed records — from staffing and attendance to licensing documents Promote a clean, safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and staff Be the go-to problem-solver, coach, and culture-builder What You’ll Bring:
21 years or older FL Director’s Credential with VPK endorsement Active CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education DCF 45 hours completed and active 2–3 years of leadership/administrative experience in a licensed school setting CPR & First Aid certified Clear background check Why Work With Us?
