We are hiring for a Senior CNC Programmer! Join a fast growing, team oriented, family-owned company, today! Details: Pay (DOE): depends on experience What you will be doing: Creating solid models, technical drawings and CNC programs and other supporting documents with CAD/CAM software that are used to produce conforming products for customers of MTI . Manufacturing processes include CNC 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis milling, CNC Turning, and CNC EDM (wire, sinker, small hole). Qualifications: Training and Experience 7+ years of CNC programming experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Esprit, or similar) Strong understanding of G-code/M-code and CNC machine operation Experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines (e.g., Haas, Okuma, Mazak, Doosan, or similar) Deep knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and material properties Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T Education, Licenses and Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent Perks of working at Micro-Tronics Clean, well lit, airconditioned manufacturing floor Safety Shoe and Prescription Safety Glasses reimbursement programs Wellness program Education Reimbursement Paid holidays, PTO and Paid Sick Time 401k Plan PLUS company matching Profit Sharing Plan Medical (HSA & PPO), Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Vol Life, EAP Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans Disabled Seniority level:
