An exciting opportunity to join the Customer Engineering group at a global company with teams in New York, Santa Barbara, Cape Town, and Sydney. We are scaling fast globally, focusing on elevating, delighting, retaining, and growing our customers’ experience. As a Software Technical Services Engineer, you will be in the middle of technical issues facing our client base and will use your technical expertise to identify improvements to our technology. What You’ll Do
Acquire deep product knowledge and understand all Impact products; stay updated on Impact technology and industry trends. Manage and support existing client integrations. Identify, spec out, and develop tools/reports to aid troubleshooting and enable other teams within the organization. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Solutions, and Customer Success teams. Manage incoming requests on ticketing systems. Identify emerging issues and communicate them to management. Take end-to-end ownership of client technical issues: initial troubleshooting, root cause identification, resolution, and communication. Assist in creating technical content, documentation, and training for clients and internal teams. Oversee and mentor Associate Technical Services Engineers. What You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Maths, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). 3+ years in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology company, preferably in a customer-facing capacity, or equivalent experience. In-depth knowledge of Affiliate Marketing or Digital Marketing industry. Ability to perform log analysis and write SQL queries. Passion for solving client issues in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently. Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and time management. Curious mindset for identifying and refining operational processes. Salary Range
$90,000 to $120,000 per year, plus eligibility for an RSU grant and an additional variable annual bonus contingent on company performance. This pay range is intended to be equitable at the time of posting and may be modified based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Benefits
