We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to support the sales forecasting process and contribute as a generalist on the Revenue Operations team. The role requires a deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting methodologies, and data-driven decision making. You will provide data and insights to manage forecasting cadence and present a clear view of the business to the executive team, and help document processes to support the Go-To-Market team. What You'll Do
Forecasting & Process Management:
Support our forecasting cadence, ensuring leadership has data and insights to manage and report on the business; update on pipeline health and document forecasting processes. Proactive Analysis:
Analyze pipeline trends, sales performance, and market conditions to identify risks and opportunities affecting revenue. System & Data Integrity:
Maintain data integrity in CRM and GTM systems to ensure a single source of truth. Reporting & Visualization:
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for clear business visibility for leaders. Operational Support:
Assist with other Revenue Operations tasks and projects to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Tooling Expertise:
Utilize and optimize Clari to deliver revenue intelligence. What You Have
3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical roles. Proven experience with sales forecasting methodologies and understanding of sales cycles and pipeline stages. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Hands-on experience using and configuring Clari for forecasting and revenue intelligence. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing). Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Salary & Benefits
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $84,000 plus a 5% company performance target and eligibility for a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. Office catered lunch on Thursdays, healthy snacks, and quality coffee.
