Service Manager

to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, the Service Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that our service standards are consistently executed and that our guests experience the very best of White Oak hospitality. This role is ideal for a rising leader looking to grow into higher management positions within Brewed To Serve. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily front-of-house operations during service. Train, coach, and motivate servers, bartenders, and support staff to maintain high standards of service and hospitality. Ensure adherence to company policies, steps of service, and uniform standards. Assist in managing labor costs, scheduling, and floor coverage. Support beverage and wine service initiatives, working alongside the AGM and Wine Director. Handle guest interactions, resolving issues with professionalism and care. Conduct pre-shift lineups and contribute to a positive team culture. Monitor floor operations to ensure seamless communication between FOH and BOH. Support event execution and private dining experiences as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory FOH role (upscale casual or fine dining preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for hospitality. Proven ability to train and mentor staff. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails is a plus. Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience). Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) program. Paid time off.
