Base pay range
$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate workflows, data processes, and routine tasks Integrate and apply AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to support development, documentation, and internal productivity Partner with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into practical solutions Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize scripts and automation pipelines Document code, processes, and provide knowledge transfer to team members Requirements
Strong proficiency in Python with proven experience in scripting and automation Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) Experience writing clean, maintainable code and debugging effectively Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with APIs, automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate), or cloud environments Background in IT, operations, or data analysis Knowledge of prompt engineering or conversational AI workflows Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies Pay and Benefits
