We’re seeking a
Desktop Support Specialist
to join our client\'s team in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting. In this client-facing role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. What You’ll Do: Deliver day-to-day desktop and end-user support (Windows & Mac). Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Support Microsoft 365, email, and collaboration tools. Assist with system imaging, upgrades, and deployments. Document solutions and ensure excellent client service. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience a plus). Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking basics. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Seniority level
