Position Summary

The Repair Coordinator will manage and track repair jobs from intake through completion. This role serves as the main liaison between customers, sales, vendors, and technicians-ensuring accurate quotes, timely repairs, and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact for all repair jobs. Prepare repair quotes including labor, parts, and vendor services. Source and procure required parts and materials. Monitor progress of repairs, update customers and sales teams regularly. Coordinate with internal technicians and outside vendors to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and inspection reports. Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met. Support shop operations with scheduling, planning, and workflow coordination. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or college coursework preferred. 2-4 years of experience in repair coordination or industrial service (pump/rotating equipment experience is a plus). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions

Primarily office environment with some shop/fabrication exposure. Standard business hours: overtime may be required. Occasional interaction with vendors, customers, or external shops. Compensation & Benefits
