Overview
HDR is seeking qualified civil, structural, geotechnical and hydraulic engineers to provide project, geographic and technical leadership in its growing dam, levee and flood resilience programs. The role includes acting as engineers of record, group managers and technical practice leaders with expertise in working on complex dam, levee and flood resilience management projects. Expertise in potential failure mode analysis is a growing need.

HDR’s programs aim to improve resiliency, sustainability and safety for communities as dams, levees and flood-control systems are upgraded to meet climate challenges and water needs. We are seeking civil, structural, geotechnical and hydraulic engineers to serve as engineers of record, group managers and technical practice leaders.
