Principal
Test Systems Technical Lead Engineer
located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. This position requires lab experience to work with weapon test system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy systems to support test and tactical software development, testing, and delivery of missiles to the warfighter. What You Will Do
Communicate regularly with the program Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL). Responsible for the Technical Execution of the program. Work directly with the Program Manager/IPTL to establish and complete program milestones. Lead a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment. Develop and participate in presentations for gate reviews. Attend Failure Review Boards (FRBs) when required. Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and approve system changes. Report status metrics for your team to stakeholders. Define program requirements in a multi-disciplinary team. As the lead, provide training, understand the scope, cost and schedule of the Program and define/delegate tasking for your team. Travel up to 20% to support development and/or delivery of test environment equipment. What You Will Learn
System level test setup and operation across environments within development or production. Experience working across multi-disciplined groups of engineers. Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in STEM and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience. Experience with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent for hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance in production, manufacturing, or product qualification environments. Experience with design, development and/or integration of test equipment. Active and transferable US government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. US citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility. Qualifications We Prefer
Strong organization, coordination, planning, teamwork, and communication skills. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of equipment rack assembly, cable assembly/installation, electronics maintenance, data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers. Experience troubleshooting systems using the above test equipment. Experience leading multi-disciplined teams. Experience with Agile processes and gate reviews. Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Understanding of Agile methodologies. What We Offer

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
