10+ years of experience in architectural design with a focus on multifamily projects. 5+ years of experience in Revit. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture (equivalent experience considered). Licensed Architect in one of the 50 states (financial support provided for reciprocity in Washington). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp/Enscape, or similar tools. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Understanding of sustainable design principles. Ability to lead project design with minimal oversight. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong communication skills and collaborative team approach. Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with design intent and regulations. Review and approve design concepts, plans, and drawings. Implement quality control procedures to maintain design integrity. Develop project schedules and manage budgets. Serve as the main client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance. Mentor and guide junior architects and designers. Stay current on design trends, technologies, and tools. Ensure regulatory compliance and manage entitlement/permitting processes. Compensation Package

$130,000 - $150,000 / year The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based on a candidate’s experience and the geographical location of this position. Compensation: $140,000 per year
