Manage relationships with U.S. Customs and internal stakeholders regarding tariffs and compliance Lead cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and cost savings in compliance processes Assess risk exposure and monitor legislative changes affecting trade compliance Review broker performance to ensure adherence to trade laws and mitigate risks Support operations teams with trade compliance initiatives, focusing on accurate documentation and certification processes What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in U.S. Customs compliance Deep understanding of U.S. import regulations, including Section 232 tariffs and AD/CVD Ability to assess and communicate the legal and financial impacts of trade decisions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Must be legally permitted to work in the United States How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Access, SQL, and Tableau Knowledge of ACE reporting and trade compliance platforms Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
