Assist accounting manager in the preparation of monthly financial statements. Prepare monthly journal entries including accruals, prepaid expenses, and various recurring entries. Prepare cash and balance sheet reconciliations monthly with accuracy and follow up on outstanding items. Research aged items in accounts and work with various departments to resolve outstanding items. Assist in the preparation of materials for monthly close and annual audits. Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy; mentor staff accountants. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree. Two years of accounting/audit experience. Analytical, communication and technical skills; computer literate. Employment details
