Responsibilities
In cooperation with the Sr. Director coordinate budget meetings, tasks and responsibilities to compile budget and meet deadlines.
Perform variance analysis to identify patterns, trends and anomalies.
Identify areas of opportunity to improve performance or mitigate risks.
Collaborate with department leaders to build, maintain and validate actuals and budget.
In collaboration with the Finance team develop monthly and year-end financial projections and forecasts.
Provide monthly analytical support to department managers.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, and maintain accurate and timely financial records.
Assist in building, developing, and motivating staff, team and partners.
Assist Sr. Director and organizational leaders with special projects.
Qualifications
Must possess a BS in accounting, business administration or related field.
Must have 5 years of experience in an environment that utilizes financial systems.
