We are looking for a Manager, PLM Architecture and Solutions to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role will lead the direction, design, and future build-out of our Teamcenter environment. This role is both technical and managerial, combining deep PLM knowledge with the ability to define solutions, set standards, and grow a dedicated PLM team. You will shape how Teamcenter is configured, integrated, and extended to meet our company’s evolving business needs, while ensuring reliability and scalability. The Role

Define and maintain the PLM architecture, roadmap, and governance model Lead design and implementation of PLM solutions, integrations, and workflows across engineering, manufacturing, ERP, and MES Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into PLM solutions Establish best practices for data modeling, change management, security, and process automation Provide technical oversight for upgrades, migrations, and new deployments Build and manage a PLM team, including hiring, mentoring, and developing administrators and analysts Act as the primary contact for Siemens and external partners on PLM-related initiatives Drive adoption and continuous improvement of PLM processes across the enterprise Basic Qualifications

Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls 8+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter, including solution design and enterprise deployment Strong expertise in PLM integrations with CAD (NX), ERP, and MES Demonstrated experience in system architecture, data modeling, and workflow design Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, including hiring or mentoring staff Ability to balance technical detail with business context, and communicate effectively with both engineers and executives Strong project management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives Comfortable working in the defense industry Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or similar Background in aerospace, automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries Experience with Easy Plan, Opcenter, and Mendix Experience in a manufacturing or high-growth hardware/software business This position is based in our Torrance, CA headquarters.
