Overview
Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A
will be a key team member to the FP&A team, focused on supporting the CFO and FP&A team in budgeting and forecasting cycles within the company, assisting on month-end reporting, providing performance analysis for all functions of the business, communicate with key operators of the organization about performance, analysis and results, assist the CFO in communicating performance to constituents and producing relevant and actionable management reports and analytics. This role will report to
Senior Director of FP&A
and partner closely with the senior leadership throughout the organization on matters relating to the delivery of financial and operational performance that will enable the company to achieve its strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning – Support in the development, delivery, and execution of the company's strategic plan. Work across functions to develop a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns the financial results with the operational objectives.
Board and Investor Communication – Develop communication materials for company management.
Operating Performance – Provide timely and accurate financial and operating performance reports to key constituents including annual Budgets, intra-year forecasts, quarterly board reporting, monthly financial reporting and any key communications or reports asked by constituents of company
Financial Planning and Reporting – Develop and communicate financial plans and budgeting for company. Report on financial and operating results of the business whether daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually or as requested. Analyzing and explaining variances to plan.
CFO Support – Expect the Sr. Analyst to be a trusted resource willing to make the extra effort, provide the analysis required and utilize their business acumen to ensure that the team executes and delivers upon the objectives of its investors by providing the services and products valued by our customers that they expect to receive from company-owned operations
Qualifications and Attributes
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and performance analysis across multiple business functions
Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives and key stakeholders
Ability to translate financial results into actionable insights
