As part of our operations team, you’ll play a key role in keeping us the trusted source for aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability. By working with your colleagues to implement best practices and continuous improvements, you’ll help drive operational excellence and keep aircraft flying safely. Responsibilities
Perform receiving inspections by verifying part/serial numbers, revisions, and condition of components. Manage customer, engineering, and quality holds with proactive communication across teams. Coordinate outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, invoicing, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Schedule carriers, ensure timely dispatch, and maintain compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records and generate reports on quality findings, inventory, and performance. Conduct quality checks on aviation parts and tools prior to shipment. Document and escalate defects, damage, or discrepancies. Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve issues. Collaborate across departments to optimize efficiency and support production goals. Support inventory management, stocking, and organization of aviation materials. Perform incoming, in-process, and cleaning procedures, ensuring compliance with work instructions. Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment, tanks, and materials handling systems. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards through daily housekeeping practices. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, parts washer) in accordance with safety requirements. Safeguard sensitive aviation materials and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of all materials. Cross-train colleagues and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-train team members to strengthen operational efficiency. General Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise inspections of aviation components. 1+ year of relevant experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations. Proficiency with computers, email management, and inventory/word-processing software. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
