Conduct audits in the field at sporting events/competitions across the Olympic and Paralympic Movement, write workpapers, draft, and final audit reports. Travel to sporting events/competitions across the country to conduct audits. Arrange and conduct pre- and post-audit meetings with NGB staff. Formulate, track and review NGB remediation of Management Corrective action plans. Escalate NGB failures to timely address audit findings in accordance with stated protocols. Meet regularly with compliance team to ensure alignment and consistency of NGB communications. Assist team in preparing annual updates to internal documents, policies and protocols. Make timely and accurate submission of timesheets and expense reports. Other duties as assigned or required. Requirements & Skills
Minimum of three years\' experience in audit, compliance field or audit/compliance-related field. Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail and writing skills, as well as strong critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently while also having strong team skills. Comprehensive and adaptable communication skills via phone calls, emails, video calls, in-person meetings. Proficient in document and spreadsheet programs. Work Requirements & Environment
Standard office equipment provided Office environment in multi-story, dog-friendly building Overnight travel up to 30% required, including night and weekend work hours as needed Work Location
Denver, CO; or a location deemed suitable by the Center (e.g., near major airport and a state where the Center has established business operations. Current states eligible for remote work: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI). This is a full-time, exempt position. The pay range for this position is $76,111 - $83,000, and will be commensurate with background and experience. Benefits
