Responsibilities
Capture and document requirements to build custom health plan reports and educate users on their utilization
Develop intervention strategy reporting to measure gap closure in Risk and Quality initiatives
Create ad hoc reports to track HEDIS performance and monitor supplemental data
Collaborate with the national Risk and Quality department on testing pre-production reporting
Analyze data sets for anomalies and trends, utilizing tools such as SQL and PowerBI
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
1-3 years of experience in data mapping, profiling, and cleaning
1-3 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with a techno-functional role involving SQL
1-3 years of experience using Microsoft T-SQL, Databricks SQL, and PowerBI
Familiarity with HEDIS and Risk data
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
Experience in healthcare reporting analysis
