Design and develop custom health plan reports to support local interventions and track outcomes Educate users on utilizing reports related to Risk and Quality/HEDIS for various healthcare programs Conduct root cause analysis for data issues and analyze data sets for trends and anomalies Collaborate with the national Risk and Quality department for testing pre-production reporting Develop and QA reports related to managed care data, including Medical Claims, Pharmacy, and Lab data Required Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience 3-5 years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning data 3-5 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with a techno-functional role involving SQL 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft T-SQL, Databricks SQL, and PowerBI 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in analysis related to HEDIS and/or Risk Adjustment Experience working with complex data to analyze financial/performance management metrics #Healthcare #DataAnalysis #RiskManagement #HEDIS #CareerOpportunity
