We have two opportunities to drive sales activities for Institutional Wealth management within the RIA channel in either the SE Region or the Great Lakes Region. This position partners closely with the Internal Wholesaler within the territory to build RIA relationships and achieve sales targets. The role covers our ETF's, Separately Managed Accounts, Mutual Funds, and Private capabilities. What You'll Do
Develop, recommend and implement sales plans, activity reports and rotation schedules with a focus on growing market share. May provide input on marketing, product development, shareholder/broker communications and integration of campaigns with broker-dealers and fund wholesaling teams. Maintain the highest level of integrity and presentation skills. Other responsibilities include building advisor relationships, meeting sales targets, and supporting RIA channels across assigned regions. Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 6+ years of related industry experience preferred, with strong preference for RIA experience. FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required with the ability to meet firm standards for registration within applicable jurisdictions. You’ll be required to become a non-registered fingerprint person of PFD and PSI. Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to represent the company professionally. Ability to collaborate effectively across different business lines and establish/maintain relationships. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Travel required 50-75%. Candidate must be able to provide personal transportation to business-related events. This position may be subject to SEC restrictions on personal political contributions. Preferred Skills
Two years of prior internal or external wholesaling experience and designations such as CIMA, CMA, CFA, or CFP are advantageous. Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package with base salary plus incentive earnings. Salary information: $115,000 per year (exempt). Location
Remote position; must reside within either Great Lakes Region (MI, IL, IN, OH) or SE Region (VA, NC, SC, GA, TN). Work Authorization
