Tax Technology and Transformation - SAP Tax Integration - Senior Location: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Hoboken, Houston, Iselin, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Washington. EY Tax Technology and Transformation offers services to address the impact of existing and emerging technology on tax functions, including data management, automation, and transparency for tax compliance and reporting. This role focuses on leveraging SAP to transform multinational tax operations and optimize tax processes within a highly regulated environment. US – Tax - National Tax – Tax Technology and Transformation – SAP Tax Integration - Senior Responsibilities

Work on large finance and tax transformation projects, helping clients leverage SAP to improve the tax function by supporting and automating internal and external operations of multinational tax departments. Maintain EY’s reputation as trusted advisors by taking bold initiatives and owning new challenges in a highly regulated industry. Contribute to tax technology strategy, road maps, and program mobilization; deliver custom tax technology applications and integrations. Assist with post-transaction (M&A) tax function operational services and tax function transformation efforts, including process improvements, risk and controls. Qualifications and Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in information systems or a master’s degree in Accounting, Tax Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field A minimum of three years of related experience Approved technical certification, CPA license or membership to state Bar or progress toward attaining those credentials A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes Excellent communication and business writing skills; strong problem-solving abilities and entrepreneurial approach Strong organizational and time management skills with client-serving business focus A demonstrated ability to successfully sell and deliver large enterprise programs Broad understanding of tax accounting and major tax processes Willingness to travel as needed and to work in a balanced hybrid environment Ideally, you'll also have

Experience implementing third-party direct or indirect tax systems (e.g., ONESOURCE, Corptax, Vertex, Avalara, Longview) Experience defining data and reporting needs for a tax department ERP experience, including SAP or Oracle Experience managing large, multidisciplinary projects that impact tax (ERP implementations, tax co-sourcing, finance transformations) What We Look For
