Senior Accountant Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, Fridays remote) An established organization in Miami is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team. This hybrid role is hands-on and offers exposure to full-cycle accounting and inventory management while supporting leadership in a collaborative finance department. What You’ll Do: Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close Oversee inventory accounting and cost tracking Prepare financial statements and support internal/external audits Ensure financial accuracy and GAAP compliance Partner with leadership on process improvements and reporting initiatives What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of inventory and cost accounting Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset Competitive compensation package Full medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match PTO accrual beginning on hire (minimum of 10 days in first year, with increases based on tenure) Paid holidays and sick time in addition to PTO Professional development opportunities in a growth-focused environment Legal Disclaimer: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the role and responsibilities.
