Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations in a growing company. This role will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including monthly closes, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll processing, and tax compliance. The Financial Controller will also play a key role in implementing an ERP system and managing international financial operations. Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly financial close processes and prepare financial reports. Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities. Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions. Lead the implementation of an ERP system (Microsoft Business Central). Ensure compliance with tax regulations across multiple states and countries. Collaborate with the general manager and other departments to support business growth. Mentor and train accounting staff. Qualifications
CPA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting/finance roles. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central. Strong understanding of tax compliance and international financial management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Salary range: $180,000 to $230,000, plus bonus up to 15%. 100% coverage for healthcare Life and disability insurance, mental health and family wellness benefits. 401(k) with company match. 120 hours paid vacation and 80 hours sick leave as well as 15 holiday days Commuter benefits and wellness stipends.
