Overview:

A premier, multi-entity real-assets investment and development platform is hiring an Accounting Analyst to own day-to-day treasury operations and corporate accounting across multiple businesses. You’ll collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, and Data teams, support liquidity/cash forecasting, and help streamline consolidated reporting. This is a great seat for someone who enjoys cash management, banking operations, GAAP, and data-driven reporting—plus exposure to senior leadership.

What you’ll do

Treasury operations:

Monitor multi-entity daily cash positions; execute wires/ACH; prepare bank reconciliations and investigate variances; support short-term investment of liquid balances per policy; produce recurring treasury reports (yield, significant transactions, balance changes); maintain policies and controls; coordinate auditor testing.

Corporate accounting:

Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financials across multiple entities; research GAAP for significant real estate transactions; prepare rollforwards (notes payable/receivable, etc.); ensure data integrity through reconciliations and controls; streamline reporting processes; support lender reporting, disclosures, and covenants.

Financial analysis support:

Partner with FP&A on short- and long-term liquidity forecasting; assist with annual budget and budget-to-actual analysis; prepare consolidated cash activity and forecasts; build creative reporting for stakeholders; perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects.

Preferred background

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA eligible.

2+ years in accounting, treasury, or corporate finance.

Public accounting or banking experience preferred.

Real estate and partnership accounting experience is a plus.
