A leading global alternative investment platform with $100B+ AUM is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to join its growing Finance team. This role is central to management company accounting and financial reporting, with direct exposure to senior leadership. Base pay
$110,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Additional compensation
Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Lead accounting responsibilities across the quarterly close cycle Review monthly P&L activity by business unit and oversee expense allocation Manage consolidated quarterly financial reporting, including financial statements and reconciliations Present quarterly results to leadership and review fee-related items (management fees, offsets, in-house services) Oversee employee allocations and enhance internal controls and business processes Collaborate cross-functionally with Fund Accounting, IT, Operations, Compliance, FP&A, Tax, and Accounts Payable Support special projects and leadership-driven initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Big 4 background strongly preferred) 4–10+ years of financial reporting and analysis experience Strong GAAP/statutory accounting knowledge; alternative investments experience a plus Advanced Excel and G/L reporting expertise Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven with strong organizational and communication skills Seniority level
