to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our financial operations running smoothly and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. The ideal candidate is skilled in
QuickBooks, Excel, and financial management , with a strong ability to multitask and support both day-to-day bookkeeping and higher-level financial projects. Responsibilities: Manage
Accounts Payable
and
Accounts Receivable
with accuracy and efficiency. Record, reconcile, and maintain financial transactions to ensure the books are always balanced. Utilize
QuickBooks
and
Excel
at an advanced level to track, analyze, and report financial data. Prepare and project
cash flows
to support business planning and decision-making. Assist in preparing
job proposals, budgets, and cost analyses . Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support management with ad-hoc financial projects as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a
Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role . Strong knowledge of
QuickBooks
and proficiency with
Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, etc.) . Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 10+ years of experience required Preferred Qualifications: Experience in
construction, development, or real estate industries
