Responsibilities
Participate in acquisition underwriting, due diligence, integration of new assets, and disposition processes
Develop detailed property cash flow projections using Excel and Argus
Build and maintain relationships with investors, tenants, brokers, vendors, and local market participants
Develop and execute strategic plans for each asset to enhance value and achieve investment objectives
Prepare and implement annual business plans and budgets for assigned assets
Provide strategic input on development and capital improvement projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related business field
5+ years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate sector, with a preference for experience in investment sales, acquisitions, or asset management
Proficiency in Excel and Argus
Experience with CRE research platforms
