Job Description
As a member of the Enterprise Financial Crimes Compliance (EFCC) division, you will be part of the bank's second line of defense to prevent individuals and businesses from using our products and services for illegal purposes. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for validating system functionality and preparing testing documentation for our case management and analytics platforms to support the end-to-end AML and Fraud Investigations processes. You will ensure all necessary testing preparations are complete, which includes active participation in meetings with key stakeholders. You will also provide day-to-day application support to ensure regulatory deadlines are met and that existing functionality remains available to users.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct business line validation testing for system releases within both test and production environments.
• Collaborate as a subject matter expert with Business Line technology partners to define requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in daily stand-up and refinement sessions to track progress and prioritize tasks.
• Develop and prepare communications and training materials for system releases and enhancements.
• Provide ongoing product support to investigations teams, addressing user questions and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support special projects and critical initiatives as required.
Preferred Skills/Experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• bility to adapt to a changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
