Trustpoint.One is partnering with a dynamic and growing midsize Minneapolis-based law firm in their search for a Trusts and Estates Attorney to join their team. The firm prides itself on its client-centric approach. Responsibilities
Consult with clients to discuss their goals for their estate, and draft estate planning documents, including wills, living trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives. Administer estates and trusts, guiding executors, administrators and trustees through estate administration process. Communicate directly with clients, providing counsel and updates regarding their estate plans. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Minnesota. Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting is a plus, though not required. At least 1 year of experience in trusts and estates/elder law. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What We Offer
