What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with Account Executives and customers to identify needs and deliver relevant solutions

Meet and exceed sales quotas for Compliance Solutions and specific products

Build internal relationships to effectively serve accounts and enhance teamwork

Develop deep domain knowledge of solutions and configurations to support customers

Engage in consultative sales practices to drive cross-sell and up-sell transactions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Minimum of 3 years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets

Experience selling into the Financial Services industry, preferably with knowledge of banking operations and compliance

Proficiency in Salesforce.com as a CRM

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a field sales role

Familiarity with Compliance Solutions platforms and financial services regulatory compliance

Strong solution presentation skills in various formats (in-person, virtual, phone)

Consultative sales experience with the ability to build stakeholder relationships

Familiarity with Generative AI in the context of selling
