What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue objectives within the assigned Midwest territory
Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for sales leadership
Develop strategic territory plans to maximize revenue potential
Generate leads through various initiatives including direct mail, email marketing, and networking events
Demonstrate product solutions to prospects and coordinate with Account Management on pre/post-sales implementation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Health, Wellness, or Human Capital Management
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively understand and address customer needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in selling enterprise products/services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies
Strong ability to manage complex selling engagements
Passion for collaboration and team building across various functions
Adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
