Overview
The Cayman office of this highly ranked offshore firm has a new vacancy for a high calibre 4-8 PQE corporate lawyer. You will need to be admitted in either the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada and have gained your experience at a top-flight regional, national, international or offshore firm. The role will involve advising on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, stock market listings, shareholder arrangements, group reorganisations and downstream transactions. You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to fintech/digital assets work and participate in business development, conferences, seminars and internal training.
Responsibilities
Advising on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, stock market listings, shareholder arrangements, group reorganisations and downstream transactions.
Exposure to fintech/digital assets work and participation in business development, conferences, seminars and internal training.
Qualifications
Admitted in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
Experience at a top-flight regional, national, international or offshore firm.
4-8 PQE in corporate law.
