We are assisting a premier offshore law firm in their search for a talented corporate associate to join its expanding Cayman Islands practice. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious lawyers looking to accelerate their careers within a high-calibre international practice. You will gain exposure to complex cross-border matters, work alongside market-leading partners, and develop the technical and commercial expertise required to excel on a truly global stage. Role Overview:

You will work closely with partners and colleagues across the corporate team, advising on a wide range of transactions including venture capital, corporate finance, M&A, and general corporate matters. The role offers exposure to sophisticated cross-border mandates and an international client base spanning financial institutions, corporates, investors, and entrepreneurs.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ PQE , qualified in a common law jurisdiction (UK, Australia, NZ & Canada)

Big firm training and experience

(offshore or onshore)

Strong background in general corporate law , ideally with experience in VC, M&A, and/or corporate finance

Proven ability

to manage complex matters, draft high-quality documentation, and deliver clear commercial advice

International outlook

with strong communication and interpersonal skills (team player)
