Bilingual Customer Service Associate

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying customer needs, providing expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending appropriate solutions. You will also focus on resolving customer inquiries promptly, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, and keeping abreast of product features while maintaining high visual and quality standards in the store. This part-time position offers a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. The selected candidate will work at Store #708477, located at 15539 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011, and may also be required to work at other locations within a 10-mile radius. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Providing outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction Helping customers in-person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products and services Building and maintaining productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals Keeping organized work order files and product formulas Retrieving and preparing products from the sales floor or warehouse Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications as required Stocking shelves and arranging displays neatly Cleaning store equipment and assisting with loading/unloading delivery trucks Delivering products when needed Maintaining a presentable and well-stocked condition in assigned areas Being knowledgeable about products offered and their benefits Following inventory control procedures Proposing ways to enhance sales Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship for a visa Fluency in both English and Spanish is required Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs and up to 70 lbs occasionally Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends If applying internally, must have received a minimum rating of meets expectations (3) in your last performance appraisal Must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses if internal Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED One (1) year experience in retail, delivery, or customer service positions Experience selling paint and related products Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment
